President Prabowo Subianto attended the 2025 Indonesian Science, Technology, and Industry Convention (KSTI) at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). The event, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology in collaboration with ITB, aimed to showcase research-based technologies and innovations. President Prabowo toured various exhibition booths, including the “Flagship Research Products” booth from Padjadjaran University, featuring VR Dental Hypnosis and VR for Nurses. In his remarks at the Sabuga Hall, he emphasized the importance of science and technology for economic growth and equity. KSTI 2025 serves as a catalyst for national economic transformation and supports the government’s vision for Golden Indonesia 2045. The convention focuses on eight priority sectors, including energy, defense, digitalization, healthcare, food security, maritime affairs, and advanced materials and manufacturing. This event highlights the role of research, science, and innovation in driving Indonesia’s development.
